ClipMaster is committed to making its website, application, and customer support accessible to people with disabilities. We want creators, affiliates, teams, and buyers to be able to understand our pages, manage accounts, review clips, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.
Our Standard
Our target standard is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG is a practical accessibility standard for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across devices and assistive technologies.
What We Do
- Use semantic HTML and labeled controls where practical.
- Design for keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Maintain light and dark themes with contrast goals aligned to WCAG AA.
- Review new user-facing workflows for loading, empty, and error states.
- Use captions and transcript workflows to support video accessibility where the product generates them.
Known Limitations
Some uploaded media, third-party embeds, generated exports, legacy downloadable files, or user-provided content may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. AI-generated captions, transcripts, translations, voiceovers, and visual descriptions may contain errors and should be reviewed by a human before publication or reliance. Some complex editing surfaces may require additional improvements for screen reader or keyboard-only workflows.
Feedback and Support
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or need help completing a ClipMaster workflow, email us at clipmasterapp@gmail.com. Please include the page or feature, the problem you encountered, your browser and assistive technology if relevant, and the format or accommodation you need.
Response Timing
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days and to provide a practical path forward as soon as reasonably possible. Some fixes may require product or third-party provider changes, but we will work with you in good faith.
